With declining numbers of available clergy, fewer committed adherents and aging populations, many dioceses and districts have to find new ways of managing change. New solutions have to be found which not only maintain present provision but also provide a sound basis for future growth and development.

With due regard to the uniqueness of every situation and a sensitivity to differing ecclesial cultures, this Consultancy has gained an expertise in assisting decision-makers both discover and implement their own solutions. Working with both diocesan representatives and leadership teams within religious congregations, our involvement has proved to be helpful and encouraging.
