Communities and Organisations – Leadership Development
Working ecumenically and for different denominations, the consultancy offers a range of services to support those occupying roles of responsibility and leadership. The following recent examples will give an idea of what is being undertaken:
Church of Scotland – offering a conversational retreat to ministers in the Presbytery of Aberdeen to foster deeper personal interconnection and communication.
Iona Community – supporting this fine ecumenical project by helping the resident community on the island review its activities throughout the year and make suggestions with regard to its on-going organisational shape and working practice.
Franciscan International Study Centre – facilitating a group set up to propose a strategic development plan for the centre over the next few years.
Edmund Rice Family – training its leadership group in the UK in facilitation and group work and accompanying its local expression in the experience of ‘The Micah Conversation’.
